It’s that time of the year again!!!

Time for the 8th Annual Point Cook Challenge Cup !! This year the tournament is again proudly sponsored by LJ Hooker Real Estate Agents.

The tournament is scheduled to be held on the weekend of Saturday 24th & Sunday 25th March 2018.

This year registrations will be done by your coaches, however, can you please advise your availability ASAP to your coach or team manager.

Registration fees are:
$120/team (U8-U11)
$170/team (U12-U16)

Spots for all Point Cook Teams have been reserved, it is the expectation of the club that all teams participate as it is one of our biggest fund raisers of the year.

The tournament format is the same as in previous years, each age groups tournament is completed in half a day!!

- Sat 24th Morning Session (9am-1.30pm) – U12 & U8
- Sat 24th Afternoon Session (1.45pm-6.15pm) – U13 & U9
- Sun 25th Morning Session (9am-1.30pm) – U14 & U10
- Sun 25th Afternoon Session (1.45pm-6.15pm) – U15/U16 & U11

- U8’s to U11’s will play on half pitches
- U12’s & above on full size pitches
- 2 × 13 minute halves, 4 minute H/T break, 5 minute break between games
- Two pools of 4 teams in each age group
- 3 round robin matches, winners of each pool play off for Champion & Runner up.

This year the tournament is a boys only tournament as we plan to run a separate girls tournament later in the season.

We will have a full Canteen running on the day with lots of food & drinks available.

Once Registrations have closed copies of fixtures will be sent to all participating teams.

As mentioned above, can you please advise your coach ASAP your child’s availability to participate and if you are able to volunteer and help out over the weekend of the tournament.
